Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (new releases, sales events, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout)

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees
    These charges are not included in shipping costs and vary by destination.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacement or refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.

In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, orders must be picked up within the timeframe specified at checkout. Unclaimed orders may be canceled at our discretion.
