Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our inventory includes trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and hobby items that can be easily damaged, altered, searched, or substituted after purchase. To ensure fairness to all customers and maintain product integrity, all sales are final once completed.

Exceptions

We will only accept returns or issue replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The item you received is damaged during shipping

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product has a manufacturer defect (for sealed items)

To be eligible for an exception:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Photo evidence may be required

Approved exceptions will be handled at our discretion. When applicable, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Trading cards (single cards or lots)

  • Mystery products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Digital products or gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
